Q: Do you provide FSC or similar certified options?
A: We are expanding our manufacturing operations, and have applied for FSC certification audits to cover our expanded assembly setup within the year. However, we also already offer some FSC certified options, please inquire for your specific region with us.
Q: What is your lead time if I place a 2-container load order right now?
A: Depending on the size of the order, and logistics, we are able to meet most first-time orders less than 2 container loads in 8 to 12 weeks. For established orders, the process is much easier.

Q: Do you have non-printed options?
A: Sure. With 39cm option being our flagship size, we can generally provide you with generic bags, usually a little faster than the printed options.
Q: What is your minimum order quantity?
A: For printed bags, our current minimum order quantity is 220,000 bags. The MOQ for generic unprinted bags starts at 110,000 bags.
Q: How can your bags feel lighter but stronger at the same time?
A: Depending on the sample(s) you may have requested and received that are appropriate for your own local requirements and laws, you may have a virgin kraft (fresh raw materials instead of including post-consumer content, only for regions where allowed by local laws) paper bag, or partially recycled content paper bag which is stronger than bags that include 100% post-consumer content. Roughly speaking for the paper type we use, a 90 gram/m2 virgin kraft paper bag will have about the same strength of a 120 gram/m2 bag with post consumer content (includes recycled paper up to 100% recycled, and it's a spectrum in between). So, some of our options include lighter bags due to their makeup.
Q: Are your bags recyclable?
A: Absolutely. Feel free to either recycle just as you would other paper bags, or better yet, use them again, and again, and again.
Q: Can you print on all 4 sides of the bag?
A: For sure. Send us your design and we'll work with you for the best representation of your store.
